All items available on our website are digital downloads. Once a file has been purchased and successfully downloaded, it is considered delivered and non-returnable. Because of the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds after the product has been downloaded.
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
You purchased the same product multiple times in error.
The file is corrupted, and we are unable to provide a usable replacement.
The product description was misleading or entirely different from what was delivered.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details.
A refund will not be issued if:
You no longer need the file after purchase.
You do not have suitable software or technical know-how to use the files.
You request a refund beyond the 7-day eligibility window.
